ITALIAN CITIZENSHIP

The study provides the customer support for the entire process:

-       drafting of the request for citizenship;

-       acquisition of required documentation;

-       filing the request with the competent authorities;

-       checking the state of progress of the request. 

The procedure for recognition of Italian citizenship (by parentage) it must be concluded within 240 days of the date of submission of the application, while that of naturalization, (residence or marriage) within 730 days. After these terms, if Italian citizenship was not granted, we offer consultancy and assistance for the submission of the application in order to achieve the successful conclusion of the proceedings.
