Annually Italy defines maximum quotas to admit foreigners on the national territory  (trough the “Decreto flussi”).

According to current legislation, however, it is not required by law nor establish yearly quotas, or have only a stream decree for a year.

The quotas are not divided equally, as there may be foreign States whose citizens take precedence when entering in Italy (the so-called reserved quotas).

The entry visas within quotas can be issued for:

-       employment (also for fixed-term contracts);

-       seasonal work

-       self employment;

-       study purposes;

-       sports purposes;

-       volunteering (only for under 30 for the purposes of studies/cultural exchange, unpaid internship and volunteering.)

Our firm can offer consultancy and assistance:

-       to all foreigners who want to enter in Italy;

-       employers (Italian or foreign nationals in Italy), wishing to establish, in Italy, a working relationship with a foreigner;

-       foreign students in Italy, including the change of a residence permit for study in a work permit.
